Gilpin Hall Rental
Hall Rental Fee $150.00 which includes a $50.00 non-refundable security deposit.
We also charge a $50.00 refundable cleaning fee.
Parish Hall Rental Policies
Alcohol is not permitted.
Only parish approved caterers may be used in the hall if food is served.
Caterers may contact the parish office to be included on the approved list.
Hall renters may not use the worship area or rectory.
Hall renters may use the grass area if the pavilion is not being rented.
If renting the pavilion and grounds only, renters may bring their own food.
All garbage must be in tied bags and placed in the dumpster by the hall.
The $50.00 security deposit will be returned after the location is checked.
